Revd Paul is 42 years Old
After leaving College with a Professional Qualification in Social Care, he went to work in a Community Home for Adults with Learning Difficulties and developed Independent Living Programmes with the residents that enabled people to move away from institutionalized homes and back as integrated members of the local community.
He then studied at the College of Nursing specialising in Paediatrics initially and then Rehabilitation and HIV/AIDS. Following the completion of his training he worked at the County Hospital in Hampshire in Rehabilitation
As his call to the ministry increased, he left the health service to concentrate on ministry training undertaking several professional courses and become a Community Development Manager for a Project run by the Church Urban Fund in Southampton
After becoming very disillusioned with the way mainstream churches were becoming more exclusive and excluding members of the marginalized, Revd Paul moved across to the more Independent Ministry. Following continued training and a Degree Course he was commissioned as a Pastor in June 2003 by the Revd David Earle and from then onwards was Pastor of St Sebastians Community Church in Southampton.
In 2004 he was Ordained Priest by the Rt Revd Dr Barry Rathbone, in the presence of representatives of mainstream churches and also the former Bishop of Salisbury, the Rt Revd John Austin Baker. The ceremony also being witness by every Mayor in Hampshire. In the same year he also conducted a special country-wide service to mark World AIDS day which was attended by representatives of every faith group and leaders of every council in Hampshire
In 2005 he became a senior member of the International Community of St John the Divine and was Consecrated as Bishop in Europe. On moving to Gran Canaria, using his extensive experience a group of Priests from across the globe formed the International Inclusive Community of St Sebastians, which is recognised as a Christian Denomination across the Globe. Revd Paul was elected as its leader in 2006 and the inclusive community is made up of over 200 Inclusive Priests across the globe from all denominations and also over 100,000 members worldwide Revd Paul is also priest in charge of St Sebastians Inclusive Church in Gran Canaria. The Latter is formally recognised as a place of worship and a religious entity in Spain. Revd Paul is also an associate minister of the Church of Interfaith Christians, The International Community of St John the Divine and also the religious adviser to African Democracy and Government- which works to assist those who feel the need to escape from their countries to seek pastures new.
